We’re sorry to hear you had trouble with the installation. We’ve sent you an email explaining what may have happened — it sounds like the backing liner may have been applied to the glass rather than the actual window film itself.
Just to clarify: the window film is the thicker, clear film with adhesive, while the thin layer you’ve used is simply the protective backing liner, which has no adhesive and is not meant to be applied.

Delivered promptly,, good set of instructions came with the product,, easily applied,, cleanliness is vital,,. Because of position it was easier to remove glazing unit from frame then reinstall,,
Great product and with good instructions easy to install
First class service for this product, phoned for advice on all films and was directed to this one to reduce fading of furniture and carpets etc. Roll arrived with creases at both ends this was dealt with swiftly and professionally and a new roll delivered asap. Film has been put on and has dryed out leaving just a very slight dullness on the glass which should protect items. Did not want anything fancy (tints or reflective) this is the one to do the job!
