Our one-way mirror film is not recommended if you are trying to achieve privacy between internal rooms, unless both rooms have a difference in light ratio, for example, one is darker than the other.

I used this mirror film for my infinity mirror project and it came out pretty well, not bad reflection and smooth surface for window film.
Great product easy to fit looks great.
This was my first time working with window films (and windows in general), though I work with my hands often, so nothing was totally unfamiliar.
Overall it's not too hard to apply and it's very reflective, but some of the fine details can be challenging. Definitely recommend having a set square and a good measuring tape for measuring and cutting out, and making sure your windows are actually perfectly square. Mine weren't, as it turns out, but I left enough excess material around the outside that it wasn't an issue. Putting the film on is simple enough, you just peel off the backing, spray everything down, and pull it taut while you apply it to the window. Then you just smooth it out and get the bubbles out with a card, and trim the edges with a craft knife while using the card as a buffer so you don't cut the gaskets.
The challenging part is avoiding any little creases and perfectly trimming the edges. It's not the end of the world if you get a few creases, since the film will still do its job, but it won't look as good as it could. I managed to avoid any creases in the middle, and it seems to settle naturally in a way that you won't get many, but there's a few on the edges. As for trimming the edges, it's hard to trim right up against the gasket without either cutting off too much or not enough. Too much and you'll have gaps people can look through. Not enough, and it'll fold over the gasket and won't look as good (or you'll get bubbles that keep coming back if it doesn't fold over). It can also be very hard to trim off that extra 1mm without trimming too much.
Overall, if you don't mind it being just good instead of perfect, you can DIY it. If you want it perfect, get a professional in.
I have a manshed, that I also use as my home office, which has a full length glass door. My garden is south facing and my shed has basically become an oven the past few weeks. I fitted this today and it was worked really well. I accidentally tore a small peice when trimming, so be careful, but it goes on really easily. Great product, has really made a difference.
I ordered the silver window tint to reduce sun glare and reduce the tempeture in the house. We have a south facing garden and it gets the sun all day and it makes the house too hot I applied the film to all downstairs windows and what a dramatic difference it has made it has to be 10°C difference in heat and has made the house more comfortable to live in. I cannot praise this product enough
